Goodfire Launches Silico AI Agent Tool at $1,000 Monthly Subscription Fee
Goodfire releases Silico, an AI agent platform for automated research experiments and model optimization, priced at $1,000/month with optional GPU costs.
Woofun AI reports that Goodfire has launched Silico, a research tool enabling AI agents to execute experiments on behalf of researchers. The system formulates plans, runs multiple experiment sets, tracks progress, and organizes results based on user-defined objectives. Silico supports model training, optimization, paper reproduction, and identification of data or design issues, while requiring human oversight for proposal review and direction adjustment.
The tool was demonstrated by analyzing the 2.8 trillion parameter Kimi K3 model, where it identified writing style controls and adjusted them to produce a "pirate tone." Silico is currently available via a macOS client with a personal subscription priced at $1,000 per month. Additional fees apply for Goodfire's GPU usage, though users may also connect to their own servers.
