Arc Mainnet Launches September 16 With BlackRock Among Initial Validators
Arc public mainnet goes live September 16. BlackRock, Visa, and others join as founding validators. BUIDL fund deployment and DTCC tokenization partnerships confirmed.
Woofun AI reports that Arc will launch its public mainnet on September 16, with Circle revealing the list of founding validators. The validator set includes BlackRock, DTCC, Galaxy, Global Payments, ICE, Mastercard, Wise, SBI Group, Standard Chartered, Sumitomo Corporation, and Visa. Currently in the private mainnet phase, Arc has engaged over 100 ecosystem and institutional builders. BlackRock intends to deploy its BUIDL dollar institutional digital liquidity fund on the network, leveraging native USDC integration for on-chain subscriptions, redemptions, and asset deployments. Circle is also collaborating with DTCC to tokenize DTC-held assets on Arc starting in the second half of 2027, enabling native stablecoin settlements via third-party applications.
Additionally, BNY and Standard Chartered are exploring integrations for digital asset custody, foreign exchange, and buyback infrastructure.
