The company secured OCC approval for Circle National Trust and NYDFS approval for Circle New York Trust. Arc blockchain mainnet launches September 16, with validation nodes including BlackRock, DTCC, Galaxy, Mastercard, Visa, and Standard Chartered. BlackRock intends to deploy BUIDL funds on Arc, while DTCC will tokenize custody assets. CPN annualized volume hit $14.7 billion, up 76% quarter-on-quarter.
