Woofun AI data shows that Coinbase’s Solana validation operations in the second quarter of 2026 encompassed 41.63 million SOL across 23 nodes, capturing 9.72% of total network stake. The infrastructure spans seven countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and Singapore.
Operational metrics recorded a 6.52% APY, exceeding the network average by 14 basis points, while the block skip rate stood at 0.035%, roughly one-quarter of the network mean. Nodes utilize a multi-client architecture featuring Harmonic, Jito, JitoBAM, and Firedancer, deployed on separate bare-metal providers with off-site backups. The cluster has migrated to the DoubleZero network, maintaining 99.9% session availability, as preparations for the Alpenglow consensus upgrade continue.
