Woofun AI reports that decentralized AI infrastructure developer MAGNE.AI has finalized a strategic financing round of $2.64 million. Investors participating in this round include GAEA Ventures, Titans Ventures, and Go2Mars Labs. This injection brings the project’s total disclosed funding to $12.64 million, adding to a previously announced $10 million allocation.
The capital will be deployed to accelerate engineering validation and commercial delivery of the MAGNE AI BOX, a hardware/software product featuring local model inference, privatized RAG, multimodal processing, and private AI Agent execution. Resources will also support technical integration with the MAGNE L1 and MHash L2 networks, alongside the development of MAGNE Agent Pay, an AI Agent payment protocol compatible with the x402 standard.
