The collaboration aims to integrate Japan's capital markets with the global tokenized finance ecosystem by issuing tokenized Japanese assets through Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited.

Additionally, the parties will leverage SBI's JPYSC yen stablecoin to facilitate on-chain settlement and collateral support for these assets, while distributing Ondo's tokenized financial products through the SBI Group ecosystem to reach Japanese investors.
